This brand was developed by Rick Rodriguez of West Tampa Cigars to pay homage to the cigar culture in the Tampa are.  The blend is undisclosed.  The cigar is only available in a 6 x 60 in cabinets of 50.  They are very limited and are not expected to be around long.
