Topper Cigars has been around for 125 Years, but unless you live in the Northeast you may have never heard of them.
With ties to the Connecticut River Valley the Topper family has forged relationships with many of the great tobacco farms that produce Connecticut Broadleaf tobacco. These relationships allowed them to procure some incredible Broadleaf tobaccos to serve as wrapper on this cigar celebrating their 125th Anniversary.
The Topper 125th Anniversary Grande is a 6 x 52 toro that utilizes a Connecticut broadleaf wrapper over a Dominican binder, with fillers from the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua as well as Pennsylvania broadleaf.
The result is a cigar that The Cigar Authority states, "this cigar right here to me is a throwback to the greatness of Connecticut Broadleaf."
